This is the scrapbook of Lillian H. Hofmeister, who was the wife of the Baltimore Harbormaster, Jean Hofmeister, during the Twentieth International Navigation Congress held in Baltimore, Maryland from September 11 to 19, 1961. The purpose of the convention was to address topics of international seaport development for the accommodation of nuclear vessels and supertankers.
